I have an older laptop running WIN98se (I know -- no longer supported!) on my network with my Vista computer and my WinXP Pro computer. I have no trouble connecting to and sharing files with the newer computers, and the WIN98se computer shows the others two in my workgroup, however, when I try to connect to the Vista computer, it asks me for a password, which is NOT the one I use to log onto the Vista system. It appears that the user is IPC$. What do I need to do to either the 98se or the Vista computer (or both) to allow me to log on? Thanks in advance, Dave
